“Healer at Heart” - This is how many would describe Makhotso in a single sentence. She is a lover of laughter, good music and rooibos tea, who is extremely passionate about developing children and young people.

She studied Psychology at the University of Johannesburg, and fell even further in love with the human mind and how it works. She was involved in the Human Resources space in the Engineering and Education industries earlier on in her career, where she discovered a passion for working with young people and developing their potential. After spending nearly six years honing her skills in the Talent Management and Business Administration, she has taken a leap forward and is channelling her energy in a different direction - EDUCATION.

She is currently completing her Masters-level post graduate qualification towards becoming an Educator and Educational Psychologist, and her involvement as one of the founding team members of CRSP dsgn has enabled the company to strengthen it’s education-centric focus by maintaining care and support as the cornerstones of it’s approach towards democratising 21st Century Education.
